b. Literary Materials & Copyright:
- Public Domain: Literary works of poets that legally fall under the Public Domain are freely accessible for reading, study, and research.
- Copyrighted Works: The original copyright for contemporary or copyrighted poems, translations, and articles remains entirely with the respective poets, translators, literary heirs, or publishers.
- Fair Use: Content from Poetry Gurukul may be used for educational purposes, personal reading, authentic recitation, classroom instruction, and academic research; however, providing appropriate Attribution (source and institutional acknowledgment) is mandatory in every instance.
3. Permitted & Academic Use

6. Limitation of Liability
‘Poetry Gurukul’ is an institutional open digital repository.
- “As-Is” Basis: All content on the site is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis. We provide no legal warranty regarding 100% accuracy, uninterrupted service, or complete absence of errors.
- Exemption from Liability: ‘Poetry Gurukul’ and its governing board shall bear no legal liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or financial damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, or unintentional errors in the published information on the site.
